Are Rainly products environmentally friendly?
Yes! We prioritize sustainability. Our faucets and showers use water-saving aerators and thermostatic or ceramic valves to reduce water consumption without sacrificing performance. Our commitment to eco-friendly practices is central to our design and production process.
What kind of maintenance do your faucets require?
Rainly faucets and shower systems are low-maintenance. We recommend regular cleaning with mild soap and water to keep the finish looking new. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
What is the installation process like?
Rainly products come with all the necessary installation components and instructions, making the installation process straightforward. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or prefer professional installation, our products are designed for ease of use.

How long does it take to process my order?
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. For more details, check out our Shipping Policy.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 2-5 business days. Please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. mainland. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (like Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Rainly offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on our faucets and shower systems for original homeowners. This warranty ensures that our products are free from leaks and defects in material or craftsmanship during normal use for as long as you own your home. For non-homeowner purchases (commercial, industrial, or business use), the warranty lasts for 5 years from the original purchase date.
We also offer 2-year coverage for batteries, electronic components, and thermostatic valves. Beyond this period, we'll provide replacement parts at factory cost to keep your product in top condition as long as it's still being sold.
Please note that vanities, bathtubs, and sinks are excluded from the warranty. Damages due to installation errors, misuse, or cleaning with abrasive materials are also not covered. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for faucets and shower systems. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and documentation. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
Which products are eligible for returns?
We accept returns for faucets and shower systems only. Vanities, sinks, and bathtubs are non-returnable unless there are product quality issues.
What items are non-returnable?
Final sale items, gift cards, custom products, and products like vanities, sinks, and bathtubs are non-returnable unless you received the wrong item or it has quality issues.
