Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unassembled, unmodified, in their original packaging, and with all tags, instructions, and documentation intact. We accept returns for faucets and shower systems only.

Vanities, sinks, and bathtubs cannot be returned unless there are product quality issues.

Final sale items, gift cards, and custom products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items, gift cards, custom products, and any items received more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.

Additionally, sinks, vanities, and bathtubs are non-returnable.

However, exceptions may be made for these non-returnable items if the wrong item was sent or if there are quality issues reported within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, please email us at service@rainly.io for assistance.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, email us at service@rainly.io. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped to the following address:

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, note it on the receipt as “slight damage” or refuse delivery if severely damaged.

Processed and Shipped Orders:

Orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment cannot be canceled for free. If you request cancellation after the shipping label is created but before the item ships, we will deduct one-way shipping costs from your refund. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make any adjustments.

Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs:

We offer free returns for faucets and shower systems. For these items, we will cover both the restocking fees and shipping costs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we've made the return process for faucets and shower systems as hassle-free as possible.

For bathtubs, sinks, and vanities, restocking fees of 15% to 25% will apply, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at service@rainly.io.
