Phase 1: Concealed Work (Before Tiling)
1. Positioning & Grooving
• Locate precisely per the installation diagram included in product packaging.
• Cut groove in floor to fit rough-in box and hot/cold pipes, 2-3cm deeper than box height for adjustment.
2. Valve Connection
• Wrap 5-10 turns of PTFE tape clockwise on valve threads, covering threads without excess.
• Red (hot, left) and blue (cold, right) facing the faucet. Hand-tighten 3-5 turns, then wrench 90° only. Do not overtighten.
• Critical: Ensure 150mm center distance (or per product spec), ±2mm tolerance.
3. Securing Rough-in Box
• Place box in groove. Adjust height so top surface aligns with finished floor level (embed depth ≥60mm, or per product min/max spec).
• Mark through 4 mounting holes, drill, insert anchors. Realign box, hand-tighten nuts. Level both directions, then tighten diagonally.
4. Pour & Bury
• Fill groove with concrete/mortar to fix box in place. Keep protective cap on. Cure fully before tiling.

Phase 2: Final Installation (After Tiling)
1. Prepare "Foundation"
• Remove protective cap and temporary nuts. Clean debris with brush or vacuum.
2. Assemble Main Body
• Connect riser, extender, and arm per diagram. Tighten hex screws with included Allen key.
3. Pre-fit Decorative Covers & Bottom Plate (Wrong order prevents installation!)
• First: Slide decorative covers up from bottom, push to upper pipe.
• Second: Thread bottom plate onto bottom pipe by hand only. No tools.
4. Connect Bottom Plate to Rough-in Box
• Prepare cap and connecting studs/nuts. Align studs through bottom plate center hole or flange bolt holes.
• Lower assembled body onto box, seating bottom plate onto connection structure.
• Final tightening: Use large wrench from inside/bottom of box to fully tighten studs/main nut — critical for stability.
5. Direction & Finish
• Rotate to center outlet over tub before final tightening.
• Slide decorative covers down to cover bottom plate, cap, and all gaps for clean appearance.
